Plant Systematics Research Laboratory

In plant systematics research laboratory; plant systematics, plant morphology, plant anatomy and plant embryology studies are made. The plants which are collected from the research areas in different geographical places are using for the studies of herbarium material, plant determination, morphology, anatomy and embryology in this laboratory. Also histological and cytological investigations of plants are made in this laboratory. In plant research laboratory, the light microscope, stereomicroscope, rotational microtome are found for plant determination, plant morphological and embryological studies. These microscobes are using to observe stained plant sections and to catch the embryological phases of some plants. In addition to this, there is a part as library in this laboratory, there are lots of books about plant morphology, anatomy and embryology and literature of floras about plant systematics, plant morphology.
